Quality process

Quality is a tested process, not a certificate

Professional growers cannot risk inconsistent substrates. Every batch is tested for EC, pH, moisture and particle grade, buffering is verified, and the result is traced through to container loading — so what we test is what arrives in your root zone. Our certifications back this process; they don't replace it.

Laboratory quality system

Tested, documented, repeatable

Every batch is tested against defined parameters, and a Certificate of Analysis ships with every order.

EC testing

Verifies a low, stable starting EC for clean nutrition control.

pH testing

Confirms pH is within the target range for your crop.

Moisture testing

Checks moisture for accurate weight and even re-wetting.

Expansion testing

Validates expansion volume for blocks, bricks and bales.

Particle analysis

Confirms the particle-size distribution of each grade.

Batch traceability

Each batch is identified and traceable from raw material to container.

Root-zone testing

Air-water behaviour is checked so the structure performs in the root zone.

Quality reports

A batch Certificate of Analysis documents every shipment.

Process control

Quality is a process, not a certificate

Certificates matter, but they don't grow your crop — controlled, tested processes do. Every batch is screened, washed, buffered and graded, then tested for EC, pH, moisture and particle distribution before it's compressed and packed.

Each batch is traceable from raw material to container, and inspected at loading. Our ISO 9001 and GMP systems exist to keep that process measurable and repeatable — so what you receive matches what we tested.
